How it works
Sourceo is a recruitment platform that provides you with arranged, prepared and completed first round interviews.
Once you upload your JD and requirements, Sourceo recruiters use our in house Intelligent Algorithm system to match candidates that are a minimum 75% fit for your role. From there, you select who you'd like to interview, and we then arrange this interviews within the hour before we prepare candidates in specialist 'prep sessions'.
There is no set number as the candidate market is consistently increasing/decreasing depending on what you're looking to recruit.
Our talent pool consists of candidates that apply to Sourceo through a registration process and candidates established through active & passive sourcing. Our sourcing ensures that we address all qualified candidates, even the ones who are not actively searching for a new job
Yes, we contact all candidates personally in a call.
While the first step of matching is done with our smart algorithm technology, the second step involves a personal call between a Sourceo-Recruiter and the matched candidate.
This contact is done to further qualify them based on your specific requirements and killer questions. We want to make sure that our candidates match your requirements on salary, start of hiring, skills/experience and interest in your job.
How you pay
Our pricing model works like a prepaid phone. You purchase credits and load up your Sourceo account. One Sourceo credit represents one completed first round interview that Sourceo provides you.
You redeem credits by having live JDs on your Sourceo platform. With JDs in your platform, we will only deduct your Sourceo credit once an interview has been completed.
