  • What happens after I submit a CV?
    Once you submit a CV to us, our AI & recruitment team will validate the CV within 24hours. If the CV meets the vacancy's requirements your reward $ will be added to your "Sourceo Wallet"
  • Where do I review job requirements and make referral submissions?
    Everything you need to make and track a referral will be in your Sourceo referral platform. In this platform, you will be able to review job requirements, make referral submissions, track the progress of your submissions, check your referral balance and cash out your earnings!

  • How long do I have to wait until I receive candidate feedback?
    This really depends on your open position, type of industry and market conditions. On average we aim to provide your first interview ready CV in the first 5 working days of uploading your JD to the Sourceo platform.
  • What exactly does Sourceo do?
    Sourceo is a recruitment platform that provides you with arranged, prepared and completed first round interviews. Once you upload your JD and requirements, Sourceo recruiters use our in house Intelligent Algorithm system to match candidates that are a minimum 75% fit for your role. From there, you select who you'd like to interview, and we then arrange this interviews within the hour before we prepare candidates in specialist 'prep sessions'.
  • How can I see the progress Sourceo makes on my open position?
    In your Sourceo portal you'll be able to review candidates along every stage of your our process, from interview ready to interview arrangement to saved for later!
  • How does Sourceo know they validated the right candidates?
    Sourceo uses an Intelligent Algorithm (I.A.) in order to make sure that all candidate submissions are at least a 75% match for the JD requirements you upload to your portal.
  • How soon can Sourceo start the talent search?
    As soon as you'd like! First you need to contact us through the form and provide the job details or the link to the open vacancy.
  • How many candidates does Sourceo give access to?
    There is no set number as the candidate market is consistently increasing/decreasing depending on what you're looking to recruit. Our talent pool consists of candidates that apply to Sourceo through a registration process and candidates established through active & passive sourcing. Our sourcing ensures that we address all qualified candidates, even the ones who are not actively searching for a new job
  • Does Sourceo talk to candidates before I get in contact with them?
    Yes, we contact all candidates personally in a call. While the first step of matching is done with our smart algorithm technology, the second step involves a personal call between a Sourceo-Recruiter and the matched candidate. This contact is done to further qualify them based on your specific requirements and killer questions. We want to make sure that our candidates match your requirements on salary, start of hiring, skills/experience and interest in your job.
  • How does Sourceo's I.A. work?
    Sourceo's Intelligent Algorithm (I.A.) takes 10 of your JD's must have features and ensures that our recruiters can't submit candidates that don't match at least 75% of these requirements Examples of what our I.A. uses includes location, salary expectations, technical skills and much more!
  • Can I also use Sourceo if I have an in-house recruiting team?
    Yes, the majority of our clients use our services as an added recruiting tool within their existing recruiting (in-house) processes. Fundamentally, In-house recruitment teams use Sourceo to save time & effort completing better quality first round interviews to then hire from without paying recruitment fees. In-house teams benefit even more if they are looking to To expand and take advantage of our active & passive talent pools Hire quickly and suddenly has multiple open positions
  • How is Sourceo different to traditional headhunters and recruiting services?
    Firstly, we don't charge recruitment placement fees. Secondly, whilst traditional recruitment agencies use technology in different ways, we haven't come across one that uses I.A. to only send candidates that are a minimum match of 75%. Lastly, working with Sourceo, you don't actually speak with any recruiters. All of your dealings are directly with our tech platform. If you have questions, queries or issues, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
  • Where does Sourceo operate from?
    Sourceo’s headquarter is based in Singapore. Our recruiters are currently based in: Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Indonesia
  • Is Sourceo's service in line with current privacy regulations?
    Yes, we are complying to Singapore PDPA legislation and are committed to handling the entire process with utmost confidentiality and care. Our clients’ and candidates’ privacy is of top priority.
  • What languages are covered by Sourceo?
    Our recruiters speak various languages, a mix of 8 in total
  • How is Sourceo different from LinkedIn and other platforms?
    Sourceo provides you with spoken to, qualified, pre-interviewed and available talents. Whereas LinkedIn simply gives you cold CVs! Sourceo also arranges interview for you, and prepares those interviewees so they leave a good impression. As well as both of these points, we don't charge you to have more users on one platform!
  • What is a credit and when do I redeem it?
    Our pricing model works like a prepaid phone. You purchase credits and load up your Sourceo account. One Sourceo credit represents one completed first round interview that Sourceo provides you. You redeem credits by having live JDs on your Sourceo platform. With JDs in your platform, we will only deduct your Sourceo credit once an interview has been completed.
  • How long are the credits valid?
    The credits are valid for 12 months.
  • Can I cancel my search for an open position?
    Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel or pause an ongoing search, you can update the JD in your Sourceo platform
  • How can I purchase Sourceo credits?
    Please book a demo with our sales team. From there we will send you a proposal to sign for an interview subscription. Once signed, your platform will be loaded with your Sourceo interview credits
  • After I have redeemed all my credits, can I still access my account?
    Your account is still accessible, even if you run out of credits.

This contact is done to further qualify them based on your specific requirements and killer questions.   • How does Sourceo's I.A. work?
    Sourceo's Intelligent Algorithm (I.A.) takes 10 of your JD's must have features and ensures that our recruiters can't submit candidates that don't match at least 75% of these requirements Examples of what our I.A. uses includes location, salary expectations, technical skills and much more!
  • Can I also use Sourceo if I have an in-house recruiting team?
    Yes, the majority of our clients use our services as an added recruiting tool within their existing recruiting (in-house) processes. Fundamentally, In-house recruitment teams use Sourceo to save time & effort completing better quality first round interviews to then hire from without paying recruitment fees. In-house teams benefit even more if they are looking to To expand and take advantage of our active & passive talent pools Hire quickly and suddenly has multiple open positions
  • How is Sourceo different to traditional headhunters and recruiting services?
    Firstly, we don't charge recruitment placement fees. Secondly, whilst traditional recruitment agencies use technology in different ways, we haven't come across one that uses I.A. to only send candidates that are a minimum match of 75%. Lastly, working with Sourceo, you don't actually speak with any recruiters. All of your dealings are directly with our tech platform.   • How is Sourceo different from LinkedIn and other platforms?
    Sourceo provides you with spoken to, qualified, pre-interviewed and available talents. Whereas LinkedIn simply gives you cold CVs! Sourceo also arranges interview for you, and prepares those interviewees so they leave a good impression. As well as both of these points, we don't charge you to have more users on one platform!
  • What is a credit and when do I redeem it?
    Our pricing model works like a prepaid phone. You purchase credits and load up your Sourceo account. One Sourceo credit represents one completed first round interview that Sourceo provides you. You redeem credits by having live JDs on your Sourceo platform. With JDs in your platform, we will only deduct your Sourceo credit once an interview has been completed.
  • How long are the credits valid?
    The credits are valid for 12 months.
  • Can I cancel my search for an open position?
    Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel or pause an ongoing search, you can update the JD in your Sourceo platform
  • How can I purchase Sourceo credits?
    Please book a demo with our sales team. From there we will send you a proposal to sign for an interview subscription. Once signed, your platform will be loaded with your Sourceo interview credits
  • After I have redeemed all my credits, can I still access my account?
    Your account is still accessible, even if you run out of credits.
