Talent Success Manager

We are looking for a Talent Success Manager to join our APAC team.
Location: Remote, APAC
Reporting to: Head of Recruitment Delivery
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: Negotiable base + Bonus

To use client requirements and employer value proposition specifications, in order to arrange, prepare and follow up with Sourceo interviewees.
Reach out to candidates that Sourceo clients have requested to interview, in order to book in the interview time, within 60 minute of requests being made.
Send diary/interview link confirmations to both the interviewer and the interviewee
Book in candidate preparation sessions, 48 hours prior to the interview
Check in on interviewees the day of their scheduled interview
Follow up with candidate, for feedback after the interview has occurred
Update candidates on updated interview schedules that are provided from Sourceo clients last minute
Update Customer Success Manager on updated availability that are provided from Sourceo candidates last minute

3-5 years experience working as a Senior level, or managerial level recruiter

Enjoys candidate engagement after the sourcing & screening process is complete
Client Success Manager

Reporting to: CCO
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: Negotiable base + Bonus

Ensuring the renewal of monthly client subscriptions
Offering onboarding support for new subscribers
Presenting an upsell opportunity for existing ‘super user’ subscribers
Ensuring subscribers are reviewing CVs before candidate freshness expires
Providing guidance and answering questions to subscribers who are have questions on how the platform should be operated
Ensure subscribers are using their monthly Sourceo credits
Ensuring subscribers are uploading JDs to their platform
Communicating any delivery struggles Sourceo recruiters may be experiencing
Checking in on ‘frozen clients’ to encourage their reactivation
Following up on candidate success in interview processes (final round interviews, offers, hires) to ensure comprehensive candidate tracking.
Provide clients with ad-hoc candidate market analysis using Sourceo tools
Contribute to Sourceo Customer Success Department strategic & operational improvements on a daily basis

3-5 years experience working within a Customer Success/Account Management department
Preference for candidates with a SAAS/technology product background
Recruitment industry experience is not essential

Talent Manager

Attend morning huddles in order to understand daily JD priorities
Source relevant candidates using the Sourceo's Intelligent Algorithm matching system
Use the Sourceo CV channels module in order to identify more CVs over time
Speak with relevant candidates to assess them for
Technical skills
Cultural fit
Availability for a new job
Attain candidate consent approval
Attach relevant notes to CVs before submitting to clients
Submit CVs to clients
Update the Sourceo recruiter platform in line with candidate tracking across
Candidate associations
Screened candidates
Approved/rejected screened candidates

2-5 years experience working in a recruitment consultant/talent acquisition executive capacity
Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting across APAC

Talent Community Manager

Location: Remote, APAC
Reporting to: Lead Community Manager
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: Negotiable base + Bonus

Increasing the size of the freelance community on a weekly and monthly basis
Improving sourcing submission quantity for all submissions made directly to Sourceo
Improving submission quality for all submissions made directly to Sourceo
Improving the % of CVs that result in a client submission
Improving the % of community CVs that result in a client approved CV
Improving the % community CVs that result in a completed first round of interview
Contribute to the development and improvement of the Sourceo freelance portal in order to track and analyse performance per week and per month
Help expand what is included in the Sourceo Talent Game!

2-5 years experience building and supporting a recruiter freelance community.
