📝 Sourceo Virtual Interview Platform - Terms of Service (Candidate)
By proceeding with this interview on the Sourceo platform using the Virtual Recruiter, you, the Candidate, agree to the following Terms of Service with Sourceo Pte Ltd (the "Company").
Key Candidate Terms

Purpose and Use: You acknowledge that the Sourceo platform and the Virtual Recruiter are solely for the purpose of completing a virtual job interview and assessment as required by the Hiring Company (the potential employer).

Recording Consent: You explicitly consent to the recording (video, audio, and your on-screen activity) of this entire virtual interview session conducted by the Virtual Recruiter. You understand this recording will be stored and shared with the Hiring Company for assessment purposes.

Data Usage: Your personal data and the interview recording will be handled in accordance with Sourceo's Privacy Policy. You understand the recording will be retained for a period necessary for the recruitment process and may be deleted afterward, as determined by the Hiring Company's policy.

Truthfulness and Integrity: You certify that all information you provide during the interview is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to complete the interview without the aid of unauthorized external assistance, prompts, or prohibited materials.

Platform Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a functional camera and microphone, and a suitable, quiet environment to complete the interview with the Virtual Recruiter.

Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information of the Hiring Company that you may encounter or be exposed to during the interview process.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any abusive, harassing, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, nor attempt to interfere with or hack the Sourceo platform or the Virtual Recruiter system.

Waiver of Liability: You agree that Sourceo Pte Ltd is only the technology provider and is not responsible for the hiring decisions, employment terms, or the content of the interview questions/assessments, which are the sole responsibility of the Hiring Company.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
